Driving Instructions

FROM OTTAWA...

• From HWY 16, take Hwy 417 East - Ottawa, downtown
• Exit at Nicholas Street and follow signs to Hull
• Once you cross the ONTARIO/QUEBEC bridge, follow signs for HWY 50 (via Montreal), this is a 4-lane highway that ends at Buckingham.
• Take HWY 309 North (to Mont-Laurier) right through to Ferme Neuve and to Mont St. Michel.
  • ** Mont St. Michel is LAST STOP FOR GAS AND SUPPLIES.
• At 3 KM past Mont St-Michel- turn right - towards the town of PARENT which is gravel road.
• At 114 KM on gravel road (beyond La Vérendrye Hydro Station) you will turn left towards Club Rudy.
• Follow the signs to Club Rudy, always go straight unless you see a Club Rudy sign.

OPTION:

You can drive through Ottawa on HWY 417 going East to Cumberland/Rockland on HWY 17 - at Cumberland, cross by FERRY ($5) to Masson, Quebec, and go straight North to Buckingham - HWY 309 to Mont-Laurier. If you choose this route, it keeps you on major highways at all times, thereby avoiding Ottawa's downtown traffic.

FROM MONTREAL...

• Take HWY 15, and stay on it to the very END
• At this point HWY 15 becomes HWY 117 to Mont-Laurier
• If you need supplies, Mont-Laurier offers major stores.
• At the west end of Mont-Laurier - take HWY 309 North to Ferme Neuve and Mont St. Michel.
  • Mont St. Michel is LAST STOP FOR GAS AND SUPPLIES
• At 3 KM past Mont St.Michel- turn right - to the town of PARENT which is gravel road.
• At 114 KM on gravel road (beyond the LAVERENDRYE HYDRO STATION) you will turn left to Club Rudy.
• Follow the signs to Club Rudy, always go straight unless you see a Club Rudy sign.
